Quality Policy
is aimed at continuously improving our products, procedures and
processes.
- KGS employs Quality Managers
and Quality Supervisors at each of its 6 plants.
- A fulltime Group Quality Manager
regularly audits and controls all KGS plants.
- KGS is working on creating
common standards in all of its plants based on the ISO 9001 system.
- This is the first step on the path
towards Total Quality Management within the KGS GROUP.
