Small Belts

Many flat glass customers benefit from KGS belts for small hand-held machines. Non-standard shapes, awkward cut-outs and door hinge returns can easily be finished without dedicated machines.
It is better to use a specialist wet belt machine for prolonged use, although many customers are satisfied using a dry belt machine. Newer machines use a very small belt - 10 x 330 mm for those really difficult corners.
Many KGS distributors can supply complete solutions with belts and machines from stock.
Tech-Tip: For longer life, try to grind on the free running belt - not the platen, and definitely not on the pulley!
