KGS brings a new range Super-abrasive Resin
products to compliment and improve the existing
Nickel bond range of products.
This innovative technology is manufactured in a new
plant specifically designed for efficient processing of
resin bond products.
This range of KGS flexible diamond tools has been
designed specifically for precision grinding & polishing
of extremely hard materials, such as those used in the
Thermal Spray Industry.
KGS offers a full program of flexible diamond tools
available in a wide range of configurations.
This now enables KGS to offer both Diamond and
CBN products, for both wet and dry applications,
for both heavy roll grinding and also finishing complex
3D shapes such as Turbine Blades and Prosthetics.

& other hard to finish materials.

Hard resin bonded tool with an open structured surface many leading edges allow good cut rate with coolant & swarf channels. Good finishes obtained from fine grits. KGS Telum CH products are colour coded for easy identification.
