K-Loc Discs

Twist & K-LOC System.
Available in ø25, 50 & 75 mm. Mandrel with 6 mm shaft.
Customers use a portable drill and K-LOC for corner dubbing in glass.
Also useful for finishing of spray coated ceramics in complex three-dimensional shapes such as the Aerospace Industry.
KGS can supply suitable kits with an air-tool and a range of grits in different sizes - all contained in a dedicated carrying case.

Discs - Dry Grinding

KGS Swiflex^® K1, QS or LW Discs. Dry range with QRS or star-bore fixings - ø100-178 mm.
Best used on a variable speed angle grinder with dedicated KGS back-up pads.
KGS supplies suitable machines.
Useful for large awkward sheets that do not easily transfer with existing machines - including laminated and decorative glass or even with wire mesh inclusions.
Various options
Main product recommended for glass seaming is KGS Swiflex K1M QRS Button fixing ø125 mm in black 120 grit for heavy stock removal or red 200 grit for light arrissing.
